3. Non-Disclosure & Client Data Protection

Unlike public multi-tenant SaaS providers, we do not pool, sell, or analyze your company's proprietary customer lists, pricing matrices, or invoice figures. Any operational data we handle during testing and deployment is kept confidential, access-restricted and encrypted in transit, and we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Your Business Data

Your business data always belongs to you, in every engagement, and can be exported at any time. Mansind does not retain backdoor access to your data or sell it to third parties. Ownership of the software code itself depends on your plan (see our Terms of Service).
